As a designated essential service to our local community, we are open.
All our staff are fit and healthy: and to keep our colleagues, clients and community safe, we've introduced some new measures and different ways of working during this time. Please read and follow the guidance below before visiting us.
Please wear a face mask when entering our service centre.
Thank you
Please stay two metres apart from any other customers, and colleagues, when you visit us.
To make this social distancing easier, we are only allowing one customer in the reception area at a time.
While in reception, please stay within the clearly marked areas.
Please leave your vehicle’s keys in the designated box, which you'll find on the counter when you arrive.
Our front of house team will wear gloves to pick your keys up, and our technicians will wear gloves while they carry out the work on your vehicle.
Alternatively, you're welcome to leave your keys in our secure key deposit box located on the front of the building. This can be done at any time, including outside office hours.
Throughout each day we are regularly cleaning any communal areas, particularly those that our customers come into contact with.
We have hand sanitiser gel available for all visitors, which can be found on our reception desk.
Our technicians change their gloves and wash their hands between every vehicle job. We're also taking extra measures to protect you and your vehicle including seat covers, steering wheel covers, footwell mats and gear knob protectors.
We have closed our waiting area to all visitors and are not permitting any waiting on site – this is for the benefit of us all, to minimise personal contact as much as possible.
Our best advice is that you make your own arrangements in advance to return home, and collect your car when we've let you know it's ready.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your service throughout the day.
To protect colleagues and customers, we are only accepting card payments at the moment.
We will not ask for your signature on any paperwork and, wherever possible, will issue all invoicing via email.
You're even able to make payments through our website if you'd prefer not to use our card machines - you can do this at the time of booking, or by providing an email address and letting us know you'd like a digital invoice.
If you have any of the following symptoms, please do not visit us:
- Continuous cough
- High temperature
- Shortness of breath
If you are classed as vulnerable, please do not visit us until this pandemic has ended. Take care of your health, and we will always be here for you and your vehicle when things have blown over.
If you have any questions about your service or the measures discussed above, please get in touch.
