It’s simple: a great service, by great people, at a great price.
We live by the Three Fs: Fixed. Fully. First Time. We don’t offer sticking plaster repairs, and we don’t call a job done until we are absolutely certain that we’ve found the source of the problem and resolved it.
We’ve always prided ourselves on being the Centre that fixes the unfixable – we don’t shy away from the uncommon and unexplained, because our team of diagnostic technicians are phenomenally talented and dive headfirst into the problems other Centres back away from.
It’s all about giving people the opportunity to grow into the best they can be, which is why we give all our staff the chance to attend regular training from leading providers, including the manufacturers’ own learning centres. It keeps us all at the forefront of our craft and up to date on the latest developments in vehicle technology.
We believe that a great working environment leads to great work; so we’ve taken steps to ensure our staff stay on the top of their game. We’ve broken with tradition and don’t open on Saturdays like many other service centres do: because we believe our staff deserve a full weekend for themselves, so they can come back to work refreshed and ready to give 110%.
We’ve been diagnosing, repairing and servicing cars on this site since 2010. But that’s only a snapshot in our history as we’ve evolved to the company we are today. PSC was built on decades of experience in the highest levels of customer service in main dealers across Gloucestershire…with a few decades’ experience of engineering prowess thrown in for good measure. We are experts in our craft: and we continue training each and every one of our staff in the latest skills to ensure we stay that way.
Over the years we’ve invested and re-invested in the latest manufacturer diagnostic software and equipment. We’re the only Centre in Gloucestershire with full access to all three of VW Audi Group’s ODIS Diagnostics platform, Mercedes Star Diagnostics and BMW/MINI’s ISTA Diagnostics software, giving us a direct link to the Germany HQs and the ability to update your Digital Service History in full.
Our team of staff is our lifeblood. And we’re fortunate to have a big bunch of brilliant people at PSC – passionate, dynamic and innovative team members who bring their own unique set of skills and experience to our thriving business. Our team are all fully factory-trained, which means they know your car inside out: they’re true specialists and their expertise and excellence is what keeps us only one degree away from the main dealer.
We hope you’ll get to meet many of them yourselves (they’re always happy to say hello!) and here’s a little bit about them…
Senior Service Adviser
With a beard almost as big as his knowledge of German vehicles…Ryan brings to PSC more than a decade of main dealer experience from Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda.
He has a lifelong passion for vehicles and a love for learning, and since joining us has quickly gained extensive knowledge in BMW, Mini and Mercedes too. When taking care of your appointment, he’ll provide top notch customer service with ample technical knowledge - so you can be confident your vehicle is in capable and committed hands!
In his spare time you’ll most likely find him on the track enjoying his other passion as a semi-pro kart racer.
Service Adviser
Beckey loves taking notes. And she costs us an absolute fortune in paper! That’s good news for you, because you can guarantee that whatever you tell her will be noted, scribbled, doodled and relayed in replica to our technicians.
She’s been working in the motor industry for a decade, and brings five years of Audi experience to our expert team. Her to-do list today includes: welcoming you to PSC, ensuring your vehicle receives the finest service, keeping you informed every step of the way, and a big smile.
Workshop Controller
Don’t judge a book by its cover…or a Workshop Controller by its uniform. George’s degree in International and Strategic Politics means he’s always one step ahead. While you’re deciding which level of service to go for, George is already planning your vehicle’s whole day – making sure it gets the best care from the right technician, that it’s perfectly plotted into the workshop’s busy schedule, and that it will be ready and waiting for you when you return to collect it.
He joined us in 2019 having previously worked at a local Main Dealer, Cotswold BMW, but quickly became an expert on all of our German brands.
Service Manager
He drives a Vauxhall, but we’ll forgive him. Because deep down, Justin is a BMW man through-and-through. Heading up our Service Team since 2019, he joined us from BMW Hereford where he had risen through the ranks from Service Adviser to Workshop Controller. He now puts his years of knowledge and experience to use as our Service Manager.
It’s Justin’s job, and his honour, to ensure a seamless service experience – each and every time. Think of him as the smooth, free-flowing, pot-hole free road that runs between our customer service team and our technicians.
Head / Diagnostic / Master Technician
Jarek is a walking, talking technician’s manual. His knowledge has been gathered and refined over three decades; from his degree in Electrical Engineering through to his twenty years as a VW Audi Group specialist, including several years within a VW Main Dealer. If he doesn’t know it...well, it’s probably not worth knowing!
As our Head Technician, it’s Jarek’s job to make sure every vehicle that leaves our site is fit, fixed and healthy. A self-proclaimed perfectionist with unrivalled pride in his work, his oversight on your vehicle’s servicing and repairs is a unique and special privilege! And we’re not joking when we call him “the Oracle” – a mix between a heart specialist and a horse whisperer, he knows his cars like Attenborough knows his apes…
...oh, and he speaks seven languages.

We know we have a responsibility to be an ethical business, so we do what we can to increase our sustainability and reduce our carbon footprint.
Our workshop is heated using recycled oil. That’s right – when we replace the oil on your car, that waste oil is collected by a recycling facility and returned to us as clean “eco-oil” which we use to power our heaters. It keeps our technicians nice and warm in the winter so they can keep servicing Cheltenham’s vehicles.
We’ve also recently converted all our lighting to LED. Not only does this use less energy but it reduces our electric bill: a saving we can pass on to our customers.
If your VAG Group vehicle has four wheel drive then the drive to the rear wheels is likely through a Haldex coupling (depending on your exact model) and it will require regular oil and filter changes, just like your engine does.
The Haldex oil should be replaced every 20,000 miles and the filter replaced every 40,000 miles.
Diesel and petrol engines both produce dangerous emissions that impact on the environment but there is a way you can drastically reduce the harmful gasses your diesel gives off as well as gaining the optimum performance from your vehicle.
We love hearing from you and we really care what you think. So whether you want to sing the praises of one of our team or simply give us a piece of your mind; we’re here to listen.
