Since 2012, SEAT has used a Digital Service Schedule to record service history electronically, with paper service books fully phased out by 2017. Your SEAT's complete service history is stored securely online - no more service book, and peace of mind that your records can't be lost or falsified.
We are Gloucestershire's leading SEAT Independent Service Centre. Via our registered access to the SEAT Service History Portal, we're able to fully update your online Digital Service Record, keeping your service history accurate and up to date.
We update your Digital Service History as soon as we complete your service. This is then reflected on your SEAT's onboard display, giving you a record that's quick and easy to access whenever you need it.
Your SEAT manufacturer's warranty is protected with us
UK competition law - overseen by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) under the Motor Vehicle Agreements Block Exemption Order - gives you the legal right to have your SEAT serviced by an independent specialist like PSC Autocentre, without affecting your manufacturer's warranty. SEAT cannot require you to use their franchised dealer network during the warranty period.
Because we use parts that are either genuine SEAT manufacturer parts or 'Original Equipment' (OE) quality as standard - matching the specification your car left the factory with - your service with PSC Autocentre keeps your warranty fully protected. A manufacturer can only refuse a warranty claim over parts if they can show that a specific part actually caused the fault, not simply because it wasn't sourced from them.
All SEAT digital service history is updated and/or service books are stamped on every service we carry out, and every Seat service comes with our 1 Year, 10,000 Mile parts and labour guarantee.
