We always aim to deliver a high standard of service. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right. You may raise a complaint in person, by phone, by email, or in writing. We’ll acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate the issue, and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If we need more time, we’ll explain why and keep you updated on progress.
If we’re unable to resolve a complaint using our internal process, we’ll let you know about an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider who may be able to help. We’re not currently signed up to use any ADR scheme and are not obliged to take part in ADR proceedings. However, you can contact The Motor Ombudsman (0345 241 3008) for more information or independent advice.
These terms apply to all services we provide unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you cancel or decide not to proceed with work after we have started but before completion, we may charge you for parts already purchased and labour incurred up to that point.
Under normal conditions, no storage charges will be applied. However, in the event of an abandoned vehicle, or where a vehicle is not collected within 14 days of the completion date of work undertaken by PSC Autocentre on that vehicle, storage charges of £25 + VAT per day will apply and be payable in addition to existing costs.
If you fail to collect your vehicle within a reasonable time once we’ve notified you it is ready, we may also apply these storage charges. Details of applicable fees will be confirmed at the time.
Unless otherwise agreed, any parts we replace will become our property. We may remove and retain them once replaced.
Any exchanged parts (e.g., core part exchange) are subject to condition and availability. Any discount or credit associated with an exchange will depend on the part’s condition and accepted exchange terms.
Where a refund is due (for example, under consumer rights), we’ll process the refund using the same method you used to pay originally unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your service will be the one presented at the time of booking or order.
For privacy and safety reasons, PSC Autocentre reserves the right to disable or unplug any dashcams or audio recording devices fitted to a vehicle before it enters our workshop. While your vehicle is in our care, the workshop area is considered a private, staff-only environment and not open to public recording or monitoring.
Any video or audio captured in this area is not for public or customer use, and unauthorised recording or eavesdropping is strictly prohibited.
If you’d like your dashcam reactivated for the road-test stage, please let us know — we’re happy to switch it back on for that period only.
A legally binding contract is created when we accept your booking or order, issue a confirmation, and you (or your authorised representative) have signed or otherwise explicitly accepted the quotation or booking terms.
The content on our website is for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee it is up to date, complete, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from services provided. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All brands, logos, and trade marks appearing on our website or in our material are the property of their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
No term of these Terms is enforceable by any person other than you and us. Nothing in this section shall affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available independently of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force.
These Terms, together with any quotation, booking confirmation, specification, and our written acceptance, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any previous agreement or communication.
All prices quoted include VAT where applicable and any other statutory charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if there is an increase in labour, parts cost, or government tax/levy (you will be notified if your quote is varied).
Any quotation we give is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. If additional work or parts are required, we’ll inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding (except for urgent safety work). Additional work will be charged at standard labour rates and parts cost at current price.
We provide any guarantee in writing or in our service documentation. Guarantee conditions may vary depending on the service, parts, or repairs carried out and are subject to your full compliance with service schedules and maintenance recommendations.
Guarantees are not transferable and only apply to the person who made the original purchase.
All parts originally purchased at PSC Autocentre are covered by these guarantees; however, parts failing as a result of criminal or malicious damage, fire, theft, or where the parts have been used for motorsport, hire vehicles, or taxis are excluded.
Our guarantee, covering workmanship, labour, and any parts fitted, will be void if the vehicle has been modified, tuned (including remapping), or otherwise altered from the manufacturer’s standard specification.
If work is required to be carried out other than by PSC Autocentre, approval must be obtained in advance from PSC Autocentre Customer Service. The guarantee may be invalidated when parts are repaired by a garage or individual other than PSC Autocentre. PSC Autocentre is not responsible for any part removed from the vehicle or adjusted by any person other than PSC Autocentre.
These guarantees do not cover any defect caused by reasonable wear, tear, or corrosion, or any costs incurred through loss of use. Manufacturer’s conditions of sale apply to all goods sold.
These guarantees do not extend to any monetary or compensatory claim, in particular consequential or additional losses.
Service components and any other mechanical parts, including starters and alternators, are guaranteed for 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
Any guarantee on mechanical parts or components will specify the parts covered, the time or mileage limit, and any exclusions (e.g., wear and tear, misuse, accessories). The guarantee does not cover damage from failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule or abuse of the vehicle.
To claim under a guarantee you must inform us promptly, allow us access to inspect the component/repair, supply proof of service/maintenance, and let us assess the vehicle. We’ll either repair or replace the covered item at our discretion.
We will process personal data you provide in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). We’ll use your information to provide services, communicate with you, and for legitimate business purposes including records, compliance, and improvement of services.
We may invite you to take part in customer satisfaction surveys, offers, or other goods and services. Participation is voluntary. Data collected will be handled in line with our privacy policy.
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, or request portability (where relevant). To exercise your rights or for queries, please contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@pscautocentre.co.uk.
