About you

Excellent customer service isn't enough for you: it needs to be exceptional! You put your fabulous people skills to use with every client to provide assistance that is professional, polite, precise and positive.

You are a people person who is great at building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers. Your communication skills - both written and spoken - are unrivalled. You can proficiently handle interaction with customers face to face, by phone, via email, and on social media.

You have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, and possess strong vehicle technical/electrical/mechanical awareness.

You understand the fundamentals of vehicle engines, drivetrains and other core mechanics and systems; meaning you can confidently translate the complex diagnostic findings and repair reporting from our Technical Team into a summary that maintains understanding and trust with our clients. You're dedicated to consistently refreshing your vehicle knowledge to keep up to date with the latest in technical advancements, and you're keen to evolve that learning into hybrid and electric vehicle technology.

You are organised, show attention to detail, and are results-driven. You have excellent time management skills, meticulous planning, and the ability to juggle an ever-changing and often demanding workload. You're adaptable, you're not easily flustered and you thrive in a busy environment.

You are a team player. You respond well to direction but you're happy to take the initiative too.

About the role

You'll be one of two customer service advisers, working alongside our Workshop Supervisor and our Service Manager.

This role comes with:

  • £27,000 basic salary with an uncapped bonus scheme with a realistic, proven and highly achievable OTE of £34,500 per annum
  • Working hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5.30pm (we've broken with convention and do not open Saturdays!) - 1 Hour lunch break
  • 25 days holiday per annum [plus 8 national Bank Holidays]
  • Pension scheme
