Preliminary Fault Diagnostic Assessment

Do you have any issues with your vehicle that you want us to diagnose? Fault code or worrying warning light appeared on your dashboard?

At PSC our factory trained technicians use the latest up-to-date diagnostic equipment to ensure our customers’ vehicles are diagnosed quickly and correctly. Our diagnostic technicians have honed their unrivalled expertise and diagnostic skills to ensure we're well equipped to keep you on the road.

Our facility is equipped with the same diagnostics test equipment as the main dealers. We use VW Audi Group ODIS, BMW Mini ISTA and Mercedes Star diagnostics equipment.

The price covers initial diagnosis; from this, a no-obligation estimate of repair costs will be provided. However, if the fault is troublesome and requires additional diagnostics time then we will revert back to you to authorise any additional labour time.

Quickly diagnosed problem. On day car was being returned I needed it to be ready by 16.00. Said that I would be contacted by lunchtime to confirm. Contacted by 12.00 to report that car would be ready by 14.00. Well done.

I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently my vehicle was dealt with. The staff who handled me were very helpful. I was also very happy with the value for money. Only issue was timescale for the repairs was a little longer than I would hoped but that was really just down to how long it would take to get parts. Overall very good and very satisfied.

The service carried out by the desk staff is excellant.
