NOTE: This price includes resetting your completed service indicators on your vehicle, your key and updating your online digital service history via our authorised secure BMW login.
You should have your brake fluid renewed every 2 years.
Why your brake fluid needs changing
The brake fluid is replaced to maintain performance and protect components from corrosion.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic and so over time the water content can increase. This can result in the brake fluid boiling under heavy braking reducing braking power. Water content can also cause corrosion of vital brake components. As part of a brake fluid service, our trained technicians will remove all used brake fluid from the vehicles braking system. The vehicles braking system will then be recharged with approved brake fluid to help ensure your brakes perform at their best. In addition, your vehicle will be returned to you with an updated service history.
