We’re now looking to welcome additional Senior Vehicle Technicians to our established and growing team. You’ll be part of a positive, high-performing workshop where mutual support, technical pride, and professionalism are part of the culture — not just the job description.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out high-quality servicing and mechanical repairs across a range of German marques.
Completing thorough inspections and accurate reporting of vehicle condition.
Handling a range of repairs — from routine maintenance to more in-depth mechanical work (e.g. brakes, suspension, timing belts, timing chains, clutches).
Road testing vehicles and proactively identifying any performance or safety concerns.
Performing MOT tests in line with DVSA standards (if you're not currently qualified, training and certification will be provided).
Collaborating with an experienced, friendly team of 8 technicians to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified and experienced technician (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with a solid background in vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs.
Ideally, you’ll be a qualified and current MOT Tester, or ready to train and gain the qualification with our support.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high-quality work.
Great time management and organisational skills — able to work efficiently without cutting corners
A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support others when needed.
Experience in a main dealer or respected independent garage environment is beneficial, but not essential.
Full UK driving licence.
Your own tools - We'll provide the toolbox as you’ll have a fully fitted workstation ready to go with cabinets, tool drawers, overhead lockers, etc. - Special tools are provided.
